Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline. 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance. Minimum 1 year experience leading QA efforts or managing a small QA team. Hands-on experience in both manual and automated testing. Knowledge of test automation tools like Selenium, Cypress, or similar. Experience with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail). Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes. Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Skills Experience in a product-based or SaaS company environment.
