Job Description

Eligibility Criteria: ● Candidates must have their Laptop and 2 Wheeler Mandatory. ● Candidates should know the vernacular language. ● Candidates should be comfortable in fieldwork. Roles and Responsibilities: ● Can visit our Restaurant Partners in the Field. ● Provide service and customer support during field visits. ● Install our POS software in their System / Device. ● Give training about our product to our client. ● Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions to resolve their queries. ● Build positive relationships with customers. ● Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues. ● Understand the Root Cause for the ongoing problem ● Ensure all issues are properly logged. Additional Qualification and Skills: ● Excellent communication skills, problem solving and troubleshooting skills. ● Basic knowledge of networking principles and operating systems. ● Experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software. ● Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments. ● Hardware and Network Configuration. ● Software Installation and Training. ● Additional certification in Microsoft, Linux, Cisco or similar technologies is a plus
