Eligibility Criteria: β Candidates must have their Laptop and 2 Wheeler Mandatory. β Candidates should know the vernacular language. β Candidates should be comfortable in fieldwork. Roles and Responsibilities: β Can visit our Restaurant Partners in the Field. β Provide service and customer support during field visits. β Install our POS software in their System / Device. β Give training about our product to our client. β Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions to resolve their queries. β Build positive relationships with customers. β Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues. β Understand the Root Cause for the ongoing problem β Ensure all issues are properly logged. Additional Qualification and Skills: β Excellent communication skills, problem solving and troubleshooting skills. β Basic knowledge of networking principles and operating systems. β Experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software. β Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments. β Hardware and Network Configuration. β Software Installation and Training. β Additional certification in Microsoft, Linux, Cisco or similar technologies is a plus
