Technical Support Engineer

You will be working as a Technical Support Engineer(Onsite) providing enterprise level technical support to customers via various channels such as phone, web, email, and chat. Your responsibilities will include taking ownership of customer reported issues, troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving problems, escalating unresolved issues to internal teams, providing prompt feedback, recording and closing all issues, preparing reports, and documenting knowledge in tech notes and articles. Key Responsibilities: - Take ownership of customer reported issues and ensure resolution - Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify solutions - Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams - Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers - Record and close all issues properly - Prepare accurate and timely reports - Document knowledge in the form of tech notes and articles Qualifications Required: - BE degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent - Proven working experience in enterprise technical support - Basic knowledge of Unix/Linux systems, utilities, and scripting - Strong problem-solving skills - Excellent client-facing and communication skills If you believe you possess the required qualifications and skills for this role and are interested in joining the team, please send your resume and a cover letter to hr@perceptwebsolutions.com.
