Provide expert support and guidance to users of the learning platform. Upload, manage, and deploy new content efficiently on the learning platform using content management systems. Automate repetitive tasks and processes to improve workflow efficiency and reduce manual effort. Communicate regularly with the mentor to discuss progress and updates. Qualifications and Skills Proficiency in at least one programming language, preferably Python. Strong analytical and comprehension skills. Basic knowledge of prompt engineering is a plus. Good command over Microsoft Excel. Keen attention to detail, including grammar and proofreading. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines with high-quality deliverables. Familiarity with automation tools and their use in streamlining workflows. Desired Qualities A positive attitude with a drive to achieve the best possible outcomes and deliver high-quality content consistently. Strong collaboration skills and a friendly, flexible approach to teamwork. Openness to constructive feedback and willingness to improve continuously.
