Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Respond to and resolve escalated technical issues from L1 support related to desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and software applications.
  • Perform advanced troubleshooting of operating systems (Windows/macOS), hardware components, and network connectivity issues.
  • Manage user accounts, profiles, permissions, and group policies in Active Directory.
  • Install, configure, and maintain system software, drivers, and standard business applications.
  • Provide remote and on-site support as needed for end-users.
  • Collaborate with system and network teams for escalated issues or infrastructure-level concerns.
  • Maintain asset inventory and assist with hardware lifecycle management (deployment, upgrades, replacements).
  • Document support procedures, issue resolutions, and knowledge base articles.
  • Ensure compliance with company IT policies and data protection protocols.
  • Participate in incident management and root cause analysis.
  • Provide support during IT projects, migrations, and system rollouts.
