Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Respond to and resolve escalated technical issues from L1 support related to desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and software applications.
Perform advanced troubleshooting of operating systems (Windows/macOS), hardware components, and network connectivity issues.
Manage user accounts, profiles, permissions, and group policies in Active Directory.
Install, configure, and maintain system software, drivers, and standard business applications.
Provide remote and on-site support as needed for end-users.
Collaborate with system and network teams for escalated issues or infrastructure-level concerns.
Maintain asset inventory and assist with hardware lifecycle management (deployment, upgrades, replacements).
Document support procedures, issue resolutions, and knowledge base articles.
Ensure compliance with company IT policies and data protection protocols.
Participate in incident management and root cause analysis.
Provide support during IT projects, migrations, and system rollouts.
