Technical Support Engineer- L1

As a Technical Support Engineer - L1 at Intuitor IT, your role involves providing on-site technical support services with a strong focus on customer service principles. You will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and support of office printers, scanners, and multifunctional equipment. Additionally, you will assist in setting up and configuring IT equipment for events, provide real-time technical support during events, and coordinate with third-party supplier technical personnel when necessary. Key Responsibilities: - Demonstrate strong customer service skills and comprehensive knowledge of client IT technology - Prioritize and multitask effectively to ensure smooth operation during events - Work independently with a proactive, solution-oriented approach to tasks and challenges - Communicate fluently in the local language and effectively collaborate with Teams online in English - Participate in relevant company basic training in the Customer training system - Provide on-site support for video conference rooms and assist users with pre-connection and connection support Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization - Good exposure in the IT Infrastructure domain is required - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Location: Chennai Please note that the company's email for career opportunities is careers@intuitorit.com.,
