We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer to provide technical assistance and support to customers using our products and services. The role involves troubleshooting issues, resolving technical queries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through timely and effective support.
Provide technical support via phone, email, chat, or ticketing systems
–Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
–Log, track, and manage support tickets until resolution
–Escalate complex technical issues to higher-level support or engineering teams
–Assist customers with product installation, configuration, and usage
–Create and update technical documentation, FAQs, and knowledge base articles
–Follow SLAs and ensure timely issue resolution
–Collaborate with internal teams to improve product quality and customer experience
