Technical Support Engineer

Job Summary:

•  Provide technical support for Linux/Unix systems, networking, and cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues, including system performance monitoring and log analysis
• Implement Proof-of-Concept (PoC) solutions and collaborate with development teams
• Manage and troubleshoot storage systems (LVM, NFS) and file systems (EXT4, XFS)
• Perform basic administration and troubleshooting of MySQL databases
• Use monitoring tools like Grafana and Prometheus to monitor system performance
• Follow ITIL processes for service management and incident handling
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot web servers (Apache, Nginx)

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in Linux/Unix systems administration
• Strong understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Routing, Switching, VPN, Firewalls)
• Experience with scripting languages (Bash, Python)
• Knowledge of operating system troubleshooting (Windows/Linux)
• Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Basic knowledge of databases (MySQL) and monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus)
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and collaboration skills
