Job Description:

Handling all the Support issues related to the E mail, UTM Firewall
Knowledge of networking + calling (VOIP), Linux related knowledge
Experience in remote support in corporate desktop support environment, networking, messaging systems
Cisco network and voice over IP support & troubleshoot
Cisco ASA Firewall, ISE and Fort iGATE ATP configuration and mitigation for on-premises as well as for cloud networks
Knowledge of Cisco routing and switching
Configuration of cisco network devices
Configuration and troublshooting knowlege of cisco VPN setup
Troubleshoot and test Cisco networks.
Candidate should have cisco netowrking and telephony experience

*** Candidate should has very good communication skill

Experience : 2-3 years
