Job Description

As a Support Engineer at Sprinklr, your role will involve responding to customer inquiries and reported bugs to ensure their continued access and usage of the Sprinklr platform. You will troubleshoot technical issues, identify platform gaps, and provide timely and accurate resolutions to customer issues. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with cross-functional teams, creating detailed documentations, conducting testing and quality assurance activities, analyzing support processes for improvement, and ensuring SLAs are met on time. Key Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and reported bugs received via tickets - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions - Identify platform gaps/issues and provide effective solutions - Collaborate with cross-functional teams for issue resolution and product improvement - Create and maintain detailed documentation to assist customers and colleagues - Conduct testing and quality assurance activities to identify product defects - Analyze support processes for improvement and enhance customer experience - Assist customers in using the platform seamlessly and meeting all requirements - Ensure SLAs and ticket resolution times are met while multitasking on different tickets Qualifications Required: - Bilingual in English and Japanese - 2-4+ years of experience in enterprise software debugging and support operations - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong technical background with advanced computer skills - Ability to work independently and as a member of a team - Passion for solving customer concerns and commitment to client delight - Strong teamwork and ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Experience in Web technologies, CRM or SaaS platforms, and digital marketing - Experience coding or scripting in JavaScript, Python, Java, Node - Understanding of data storage technologies/databases like MongoDB, MySQL - Ability to decipher technical aspects like Graylogs, Kibana, API Browser, Query Executor, Restricted Curls, Runner Logs (Note: Additional details about the company were not provided in the job description),
