Technical Support Engineer – IT (On-Site)

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for all office computers, laptops, and IT hardware.
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to hardware, software, networking, and printers.
• Maintain and troubleshoot video conferencing systems, projectors, microphones, speakers, and other AV equipment in conference/meeting rooms.
• Regularly inspect and ensure all meeting room equipment is operational before scheduled meetings.
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs, AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts), or replacements.
• Install, configure, and update operating systems and software as needed.
• Support users with connectivity issues (LAN/Wi-Fi), VPN, and remote access.
• Maintain documentation of IT assets, support tickets, and maintenance activities.
• Ensure security compliance and backup protocols on systems.
• Have knowledge or experience in PFMS (public finance management system) project

Budget - 4 LPA

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
