JD:

We are currently seeking a CAD Operator to support the drafting and documentation needs of an urban infrastructure project. This role involves assisting architects and engineers in preparing accurate technical drawings and layouts using CAD software. The ideal candidate will have foundational experience in drafting for civil or architectural projects and be proficient in computer-aided design tools, with a keen eye for detail and precision

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist architects and engineers in drafting detailed technical drawings for infrastructure components.
• Prepare and revise CAD drawings based on design inputs and field data.
• Maintain organized drawing records and ensure version control.
• Support the preparation of working drawings and layouts for construction and planning.
• Coordinate with design teams to ensure accuracy and consistency in documentation.

Qualifications:

• Graduate or Diploma in Engineering or Architecture with minimum 2 year of relevant experience, OR ITI in Civil, Architecture, or Draftsmanship with minimum 3 years of experience in drafting for infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant drafting software.
• Familiarity with civil and architectural drawing standards and conventions.
• Basic understanding of urban infrastructure components and construction documentation.

Experience Level

• Hands-on experience in preparing CAD drawings for urban infrastructure projects.
• Experience in maintaining drawing documentation and supporting design revisions.

Budget - 3 LPA

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 36 months

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Shimla, Himachal Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
