PC troubleshooting

Provide first-level contact and problem resolution for customers via phone, email, chat, or ticketing system.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
Assist users in the installation, configuration, and ongoing usability of system hardware and software.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams or vendors.
Log all support requests and interactions in the helpdesk/ticketing system (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, Jira).
Follow up with clients to ensure their IT systems are fully functional after troubleshooting.
Prepare technical documentation and guides for end users.
Stay updated with system information, changes, and updates.
