Technical Support & Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Technical Support & Business Analyst to join our dynamic team and lead our product initiatives. 

Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide the technical support to Channel Sales team for across States and if required reaching out to merchants in coordination with mapped sales team member 
• Monitoring and arranging closure if Call logs in the Customer Support system/help desk in support with Customer support team……on a T+1 mechanism basis intimation to channel sales network  
• Logistics management i.e. from supply to stocking to recon in coordination with Central team who is managing logistics and respective zonal teams 
• Basis trouble shooting/closure of Merchants operational issues  

Qualifications:

• Mid-level Excel knowledge 
• Hindi Language proficiency
• Fintech Background preferred 
• Knowledge in Device handling and user management  
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Technology, or a related field.  

• 3+

  years of experience in BC Banking/API lead merchant network banking in technical/hardware domain within the fintech industry. 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on profitability and efficiency. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
