Accurately document troubleshooting steps and resolutions in the system

Job Requirements:

Experience: 0.6 to 4 years in International Technical Support / BPO / Customer Service

Excellent spoken English and strong communication skills (mandatory)

Ability to work in night shifts (US timing)

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Basic technical knowledge and troubleshooting ability

Typing skills and familiarity with computer systems, applications, and tools
