Job Description

Key Skills:

Roles and Responsibilities:

Monitor daily operations of timekeeping applications and integrations.
Troubleshoot and prioritize issues within timekeeping systems, developing proactive monitoring to prevent system issues.
Collaborate with Payroll and HR teams to review major change requests and enhancements.
Communicate effectively with internal customers and partner teams, escalating issues to the support manager as necessary.
Engage with technical experts or third-party vendors to identify optimal solutions.
Seek opportunities for efficiency improvements and partner with the business to implement process enhancements.
Manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously.
Participate in design and code reviews, providing constructive feedback to the team.

Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of timekeeping systems and applications
Expertise in Time Management and Time Tracking tools
Experience troubleshooting and resolving timekeeping or attendance-related issues
Familiarity with Absence Management concepts and workflows
Good collaboration skills with Payroll and HR teams
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
