COEP Impressions serves as a platform to provide valuable exposure to budding artists, offering them opportunities to showcase their talent through its annual Cultural Fest. Launched successfully for multiple editions, the fest has grown into a nationwide extravaganza featuring six main modules: Dance, Music, Acting, Arts N Crafts, Camera, and Shout Out. The initiative also includes the social platform Prayaas, designed to inspire and motivate young individuals through expert-led talks. Renowned personalities and celebrated judges, including Swapnil Joshi, Ruhi Singh, and others, have graced the event, making it a vibrant and memorable celebration. The fest also features pre-shows, workshops, and unique performances, fostering a creative and inclusive environment.

Role Description

The Technical Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring seamless operation of on-site technical equipment and systems. Responsibilities include resolving technical challenges, collaborating with team members to meet project objectives, and assisting in maintaining a high standard of customer service. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune.

• Experience in providing outstanding customer service and resolving client inquiries.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to dynamic challenges.
• Prior experience in an events or cultural activities environment is a plus.
• Relevant educational background in technology, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
