Company Description COEP Impressions serves as a platform to provide valuable exposure to budding artists, offering them opportunities to showcase their talent through its annual Cultural Fest. Launched successfully for multiple editions, the fest has grown into a nationwide extravaganza featuring six main modules: Dance, Music, Acting, Arts N Crafts, Camera, and Shout Out. The initiative also includes the social platform Prayaas, designed to inspire and motivate young individuals through expert-led talks. Renowned personalities and celebrated judges, including Swapnil Joshi, Ruhi Singh, and others, have graced the event, making it a vibrant and memorable celebration. The fest also features pre-shows, workshops, and unique performances, fostering a creative and inclusive environment. Role Description The Technical Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring seamless operation of on-site technical equipment and systems. Responsibilities include resolving technical challenges, collaborating with team members to meet project objectives, and assisting in maintaining a high standard of customer service. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune. Qualifications Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in troubleshooting and technical support. Exceptional communication skills to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders. Experience in providing outstanding customer service and resolving client inquiries. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to dynamic challenges. Prior experience in an events or cultural activities environment is a plus. Relevant educational background in technology, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
