Technical Specialist-Java Production support

Primary Skills

• Supporting Java/J2EE based applications involving Microservices, Splunk and New Relic
• Strong documentation, communication skills (written and verbal) and Analytical Skills
• Experience in any relational databases like MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server; Writing queries, understanding DB processes
• Motivated self-starter, able to work independently or as part of a team
• Experience with product lifecycle & deployments
• Experience working in Agile project
• Time management, Project management skills

• Any of the log analyzers – Splunk or Dynatrace or Datadog

Work Hours

• Should be able to work with distributed teams in different time zones onshore, offshore
• Should be working in a 24x7 model with rolling shifts
• Open to supporting the team during weekends/holidays as per the needs
