Key Responsibilities
  • Solution Design and Development
  • Lead the design and development of Salesforce Service Cloud solutions, including custom applications, integrations, and configurations.
  • Develop and maintain custom objects, workflows, validation rules, approval processes, and other Salesforce.com features.
  • Leverage Salesforce tools like Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Project Management
  • Manage the end-to-end development lifecycle, from requirement gathering and design to development, testing, and deployment.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and other developers, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Technical Leadership
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and other team members.
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
  • Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and updates, and proactively recommend improvements to existing solutions.
  • Stakeholder Communication
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and manage expectations effectively.
  • Conduct training sessions and create documentation to ensure users are proficient with the implemented solutions.
  • Quality Assurance and Support
  • Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and functionality of Salesforce solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce applications and integrations.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for deployed solutions to ensure continuous improvement and user satisfaction.
  • Compliance and Security
  • Ensure Salesforce solutions comply with industry standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
  • Implement security and data protection measures to safeguard sensitive information.

Qualifications
  • Education : Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience :
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce development, with a focus on Salesforce Service Cloud.
  • Proven experience in leading development projects and managing teams.
  • Technical Skills :
  • Proficiency in Salesforce development tools, including Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud features and capabilities.
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and other integration tools.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Certifications : Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II, Salesforce Certified Experience Service Cloud Consultant, are highly preferred.
  • Soft Skills :
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
