Job Title: “Technical Service Engineer”

Job Summary:

Paperpedia Pvt. Ltd. is looking for highly skilled and motivated Technical Service Engineers to

handle the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of advanced solar ind

ustry equipment. The role requires handson

experience in equipment debugging, client coordination, and overseas business travel.

Key Responsibility:

 Responsible for the installation, commissioning, and debugging of equipment shipped to

client sites.

 Provide technical suggestions for equipment improvement during the debugging process

.

 Conduct regular maintenance and servicing of machines to ensure optimal performance.

 Assist in training client engineers on equipment operation and troubleshooting.

 Cooperate with the team to manage overtime work during the equipme

 Participate in overseas business trips as per project requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Fulltime College Diploma or above in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automation Engineerin

g (from a recognized institution).

Experience:

Minimum 1 year of maintenance or service experience in solar industry component end string w

elding equipment such as XN, ATW, & ST (preferred).

Fresh graduates with strong technical knowledge and interest in mechanical/electrical

automation may also be considered.

Technical Skills:

 Hands-on knowledge of machine operation and debugging.

 Familiarity with PLC programming and software programming is an added advantage.

 Other Requirements:

 Strong learning ability, problem-solving skills, and teamwork spirit.

 Willingness to work overtime as required during equipment setup and debugging.

 Fluency in both Chinese and English (mandatory for work communication

 Male candidates, aged 22-40 years, are preferred.

 Malay nationality or other foreign nationals will be given preference.

 Must be willing to undertake long-term overseas assignments.

 Work Arrangement:

 Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (Monday to Friday, 8 hours/day)

 Current working hours: 6:00 AM – 10:00 PM during project deployment.

 No night or rotational shifts currently (subject to client requirements).

 Expected Start Date: Immediate
