Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a “Technical Service Specialist” located either Kochi, Thiruanathapuram & Kozhikode. The Technical Service Specialist will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and complaints, entering the same in Customer Service Portal and finally providing a satisfying service solutions. The Service Solution involved complete device repair capabilities and service support when needed for devices like Point of Sales Machines, Robotic Vacuum Cleaner Machines, Time Stamp Machines, AI based Electronic Devices & other Mission Critical Devices that are used in the verticals of Transport, Banking, SmartCities & Robotic Appliance Domain.


The Technical Service Specialist shall not only provide Support through phone & email, but shall also be ensuring customer satisfaction by repairing & servicing the devices that reach the “Kochi Service Center” or “Thiruanathapuram Service Center” or the “Kozhikode Service Center” from the B2B customers of company that operate in the verticals like Transport, Banking & SmartCity Projects, but it also shall serve the B2C customer base of Company that operate in the Retail Market & Online Platforms of Amazon, Flipkart, etc., selling Electronic High End Devices & Appliances.


The “Technical Service Specialist” is required to maintain a proper phone etiquette, while enhancing an overall customer satisfying experience for the clients of DeviceAMC that demand service at the “DeviceAMC Service Centers” of Kochi, Thiruanathapuram & Kozhikode.


The role involves addressing customer issues promptly, documenting interactions accurately, and maintaining a positive and professional demeanor at all times.


Qualifications

  • Customer Support and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in ensuring Customer Satisfaction and enhancing Customer Experience
  • Strong Phone Etiquette skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or ITI Pass in the domain of Electrical, Electronics or Computer Science or NCVT Pass Certification. Mobile Repairing Expertise or Certification will be considered as added advantage.
