Technical Services Specialist

As a Service Engineer at Laser Science Services (I) Pvt. Ltd., your primary role will involve specializing in lasers, optics, and photonics. You will be responsible for the following key responsibilities: - Installation of laser and spectroscopy instruments - Troubleshooting technical issues - Providing field service support - Offering technical assistance to customers - Conducting maintenance and repair tasks on equipment To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - Strong troubleshooting and maintenance & repair skills - Proficiency in field service and technical support - Excellent communication abilities - Hands-on experience with lasers, optics, and photonics - Capability to work both independently and collaboratively - Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations related to lasers You are required to have a Bachelor's degree in Physics, Optics, Photonics, or a related field. Additionally, the ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in the industry.
