Technical Services Specialist

You will be joining Laser Science Services (I) Pvt. Ltd., India's premier distributor of lasers and spectroscopy instruments since 1988. The company distributes a wide range of scientific and industrial laser systems, spectroscopy, microscopy, and imaging systems to R&D institutions and commercial/industrial organizations across India. Your role as a Service Engineer will involve specializing in lasers, optics, and photonics with responsibilities including Installation, troubleshooting, field service, technical support, and maintenance & repair of laser and spectroscopy instruments. Key Responsibilities: - Troubleshooting and Maintenance & Repair of laser and spectroscopy instruments - Providing Field Service and Technical Support - Utilizing Effective Communication skills - Hands-on experience in working with lasers, optics, and photonics - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations related to lasers Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Physics, Optics, Photonics, or related field - Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role - Educational background in B.E. / B. Tech / M.E. / M.
