Technical Service Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Customer visit & Follow up Development of various technical report
• Product Trail at customer site
• Prepare and present Oil Recommendation Charts
• Prepare Customer Complaint Report
• Cost Reduction analysis with Budget
• Develop and deliver technical training programs for clients and internal teams
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify business opportunities
• Conduct site visits and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards
• Manage and optimize technical service activities related to coolant, oil, and lubricant oil manufacturing, including:
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to product quality and process efficiency
• Providing technical guidance on product development and improvement
• Developing and implementing process improvements for manufacturing operations
• Conducting audits and assessments to ensure compliance with industry standards
• Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices

Requirements:

1. BE, B-Tech, or BSc in a relevant technical field
2. 10+ years of experience in the coolant, oil, and lubricant oil manufacturing industry, with a focus on technical service or related roles
3. Strong understanding of industry standards, regulations, and best practices
4. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a teamRole & responsibilities
