Role & responsibilities Handle full range of technical sales support questions (products, process, or industry). Independently handle Customer complaints with complete closure till claims. Interface with customers to provide product information and instructions. Provide backup support to other technicians & applicators. Prepare and send work schedule for processing weekly reports. Review technician reports daily for accuracy, appropriate detail, and completion. Maintain documentation for internal cataloguing procedures and local standards. Assist dealer, direct or end user service personnel in troubleshooting and diagnosing technical/application issues. Provide specifications according to which the solution is defined, managed, and delivered. Collaborate with product, engineering, and other technical stakeholders on delivery of key solutions for the customer. Assist dealers and end-users with product demonstration & complaints. Continuously work towards Contractor engagement. Certify Contractors basis on Project completion work. Support sales team to arrange certified contractors with skilled manpower. Need to support business with Network Expansion for Delar ,Distributor & New Retail Have to work on Promotional meets & Sales Sampling & Samruddhi App Responsible for Customer Satisfaction Awareness through Visit and contact & Conversion* Government approval of Products Preferred candidate profile Technical service experience ( Require technical experience of Waterproofing, Building repairs, Grouts, Wall putty, Tile solutions, Concrete , Paint )
