We are expanding our digital marketing team and looking for a highly skilled Technical SEO Specialist who can strengthen our search performance and drive organic growth.

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Technical SEO Specialist who understands search engine algorithms, website architecture, and technical best practices. You will be responsible for diagnosing SEO issues, improving site health, optimizing performance, and ensuring the website follows the latest SEO guidelines for maximum organic visibility.

Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Website Audits

• Conduct regular in-depth technical SEO audits using tools like Screaming Frog, Semrush, Ahrefs, Search Console, and PageSpeed Insights.
• Identify issues related to crawlability, indexing, 404 errors, redirect chains, canonicalization, and site architecture.

On-Page & Site Optimization

• Optimize metadata, headings, internal linking, schema markup, and content structure.
• Improve website speed, Core Web Vitals, and overall performance across mobile and desktop.

Technical Implementations

• Work with developers to implement technical fixes and improvements.
• Ensure correct implementation of robots.txt, sitemap.xml, and structured data.
• Maintain proper URL structures and ensure SEO-friendly site architecture.

Monitoring & Reporting

• Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, index coverage, and site health metrics.
• Monitor Search Console for errors, penalties, and indexing issues.
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports with insights and actionable recommendations.

SEO Strategy & Best Practices

• Stay updated with Google algorithm changes and SEO best practices.
• Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to ensure SEO guidelines are followed across all projects.
• Provide technical recommendations during website redesigns, migrations, and new page launches.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in Technical SEO.
• Proficiency with SEO tools: Google Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog, Semrush, Ahrefs, GTmetrix, PageSpeed Insights.
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript basics, and how they impact SEO.
• Knowledge of Core Web Vitals optimization and performance improvements.
• Experience handling large websites, e-commerce platforms, or marketplaces (preferred).
• Ability to communicate technical issues clearly to non-technical teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Shopify, WordPress, or custom CMS platforms.
• Knowledge of web hosting, CDNs, and server-side performance optimization.
• Familiarity with schema markup (JSON-LD).
• Experience with website migrations and technical SEO planning.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
