Job Title: Technical Sales Presenter

Location: Mohali (Work from office)

Experience: 2 to 5 years

Shift Timings- 8:30 PM to 5:30 AM

Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Technical Sales Presenter to join

our team. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical expertise and exceptional sales

skills, enabling them to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to prospective

clients and drive sales. As a Technical Sales Presenter, you will be responsible for delivering

compelling presentations, addressing customer inquiries, and supporting the sales team in

achieving revenue targets.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Maintaining relationships with major customers to ensure a continuous flow of sales

revenue.

  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
  • Helping determines pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
  • Analyzing sales metrics to determine whether current sales strategies are effective.
  • Conduct in-depth research on competitors' products, pricing, and market success to gain

insight into customer preferences and interests.

  • Good technical knowledge to explain product specifications and complex concepts to

customers.

  • Using sales techniques such as active listening, and communication skills to persuade

prospective customers to buy a product.

  • Analyzing customer needs and recommending relevant products.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients through regular check-ins.
  • Working as part of a sales team, picking up and handing off different parts of the sales

process as needed.

  • Staying on top of industry trends.

Requirements

  • Experience in Cybersecurity Industry is a plus.
  • Must have an excellent practical and theoretical understanding of SafeAeon’s service

offerings and partnered products.

  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications as well as Customer Relationship

Management (CRM) software.

  • Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Certified Sales Professional (CSP) accreditation is an advantage.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
