TECHNICAL SALES MANAGER

As a Sales Manager in the lithium battery manufacturing industry, your role will involve leading sales initiatives by combining technical knowledge of battery technology with proven expertise to drive business growth and expand the customer base. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in lithium battery and energy storage markets. Your key responsibilities will include: - Leveraging your strong technical knowledge of lithium-ion technology for solution-based selling - Generating leads through cold calls, networking, and digital outreach - Engaging clients to understand their needs and presenting tailored product solutions - Preparing proposals, quotations, and regular sales performance reports - Collaborating with technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction - Negotiating and closing high-value deals while resolving client concerns - Meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets - Maintaining strong client relationships to ensure repeat business Qualifications required for this role include: - Minimum 5+ years of experience in sales - B.E/B. Tech or M.E/M.
