Technical Sales Executive

As a potential candidate for the role, you will be responsible for identifying and targeting potential clients across various commercial entities such as office spaces, restaurants, salons, boutiques, bakeries, event centers, and more. Your primary objective will be to develop and maintain strong client relationships to generate new business opportunities effectively. A key aspect of this role will require you to have a willingness to learn and apply technical details related to design and construction processes for commercial buildings. Your ability to understand and explain technical information and solutions to clients will be crucial in providing them with the necessary support and guidance. It is essential for you to have a solid grasp of the company's offerings, including design services, construction techniques, materials, and technologies used in commercial projects. This knowledge will enable you to effectively assist clients with any technical questions or issues that may arise during and after the sales process, thereby ensuring excellent customer support. You will be responsible for handling leads, updating and following up on them regularly, and generating reports. Close coordination with the marketing team will be necessary to ensure that all relevant details are communicated effectively. Collaboration with the design and engineering teams will also be a key aspect of your role to ensure that client requirements are met and projects are delivered successfully. Additionally, staying updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands will be essential to identify new opportunities for business growth. In this role, you will oversee the sales process from initial contact to project handover to the construction department. It will be your responsibility to ensure that timelines and budgets are met effectively, thus requiring strong project management skills. Furthermore, you will be expected to record all relevant work details in Google Sheets and ERP software to maintain accurate records of your activities and transactions. This role is a full-time, permanent position with a day shift schedule, and the candidate must hold a Bachelor's degree with at least 1 year of total work experience.
