Your Role

  • Sales Development: Identify and create new sales opportunities in the rapidly growing solar energy market.
  • Client Engagement: Engage with prospective clients, set up meetings, and deliver persuasive sales presentations on our advanced solar technology.
  • Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring regular orders and customer satisfaction.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other sales representatives to uphold company standards and meet sales targets.
  • Record Keeping: Utilise CRM or Excel to maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.

What You Bring

  • Education: Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Electrical Engineering.
  • Sales Experience: Proven experience in sales, with a strong understanding of the solar renewable energy domain.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent telephonic and email communication skills.
  • Tech Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Travel Readiness: Willing to travel 7-10 days per month to engage clients and drive sales.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in Malayalam, English, and Hindi; knowledge of Kannada or Tamil is an added advantage.
