Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and technically skilled Technical Sales Executive to drive sales and business development in the field of electrical panels (LT/HT Panels, MCC, PCC, APFC, Distribution Boards, etc.). The ideal candidate should have a strong background in electrical engineering and sales, with the ability to understand client requirements, offer appropriate solutions, and build long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets (industrial, commercial, infrastructure, etc.).
• Understand technical requirements of customers and recommend suitable electrical panel solutions.
• Generate leads through cold calls, site visits, exhibitions, and networking.
• Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and tenders.
• Negotiate terms and close sales with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and profitability.
• Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure customer specifications are met.
• Conduct site visits and provide pre- and post-sales support when necessary.
• Maintain a sales pipeline and reports using Excel.
• Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and technical developments.

Required Qualifications:

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in technical sales of electrical panels or switchgear products.
• Strong knowledge of electrical panel designs, standards (IS/IEC), and applications.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical SLDs, layouts, and technical drawings.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings, site visits, and exhibitions.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with EPCs, consultants, and electrical contractors.
• Knowledge of electrical protection systems, automation panels, and VFDs.
• Proficient in MS Office and basic MS Excel.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
