Responsibilities • Develop and prepare cost estimates and technical proposals for BIW & Welding projects. • Analyze customer requirements and provide optimal technical solutions. • Collaborate with design, estimation, and project execution teams to ensure proposal accuracy. • Conduct cycle time analysis and robotic layout planning. • Review and interpret CAD layouts using CATIA, NX, and AutoCAD. • Support sales and business development teams with technical presentations and documentation. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and technologies. Qualifications & Skills • Strong technical understanding of BIW processes, welding & joining technologies, and automation. • Knowledge of fixture concepts, robotic layouts, and cycle time analysis. • Proficiency in reading and interpreting CAD layouts (CATIA / NX / AutoCAD). • Good communication and presentation skills. • Ability to work cross-functionally with design, estimation, and project execution teams. • Self-motivated, organized, and customer focused. • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field. • Minimum 2 & Maximum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
