Your responsibilities will revolve around delivering technical support and sales engineering services. This will involve engaging with clients to grasp their technical and business requirements, creating and presenting technical solutions, and supporting the sales process to ensure customer satisfaction and successful sales outcomes. Moreover, the role entails simplifying complex technical information into easily understandable terms for clients. Qualifications required for this role include expertise in Technical Sales and Sales Engineering, excellent communication skills, proficiency in providing Technical Support, a track record of driving Sales, strong problem-solving capabilities, a customer-centric approach, and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
