Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Sales Engineer based in Pune. As a Technical Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and sales engineering, primarily focusing on technical sales. Day-to-day tasks include identifying potential clients, presenting technical details and benefits of our products, resolving customer inquiries, and collaborating with the engineering team to ensure client requirements are met. Additionally, you will support the sales process from a technical perspective and maintain strong customer relationships to drive sales growth.

• Technical Support skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Proven experience in sales and customer relationship management
• Ability to understand complex technical products and provide solutions
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
• Experience in the boiler industry or similar is a plus
