Salary Range:

5-7 LPAWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Sales Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of electric vehicle (EV) technologies, motor testing processes, and a proven track record in technical sales.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy and Execution:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet revenue targets
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the EV motor testing sector
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction

Technical Expertise And Consultation

  • Provide technical support and consultation to clients, demonstrating a thorough understanding of EV motor testing solutions
  • Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to tailor testing solutions that meet client specifications

Market Analysis And Business Development

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
  • Develop proposals, quotations, and contracts tailored to client needs
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our testing solutions

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with the product development team to provide market feedback and assist in the development of new testing solutions
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to create effective promotional materials and campaigns
  • Ensure seamless communication between sales, engineering, and support teams to deliver exceptional service

Required Skills And Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in the EV or automotive industry
  • Strong understanding of EV technologies and motor testing processes
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
  • Proven track record in meeting sales targets and growing client relationships
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events
