We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Sales Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of electric vehicle (EV) technologies, motor testing processes, and a proven track record in technical sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy and Execution:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet revenue targets
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the EV motor testing sector
Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
Technical Expertise and Consultation:
Provide technical support and consultation to clients, demonstrating a thorough understanding of EV motor testing solutions
Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients
Collaborate with the engineering team to tailor testing solutions that meet client specifications
Market Analysis and Business Development:
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
Develop proposals, quotations, and contracts tailored to client needs
Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our testing solutions
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with the product development team to provide market feedback and assist in the development of new testing solutions
Coordinate with the marketing team to create effective promotional materials and campaigns
Ensure seamless communication between sales, engineering, and support teams to deliver exceptional service


Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in electrical engineering or related field
2-4 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in the EV or automotive industry
Strong understanding of EV technologies and motor testing processes
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
Proven track record in meeting sales targets and growing client relationships
Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events
