Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Technical Sales Executive to drive sales growth, build strong customer relationships, and provide technical solutions to clients in the electrical and industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach new clients in industrial and infrastructure sectors.
• Understand client requirements and propose suitable electrical solutions (control panels, VFD panels, LT panels, etc.).
• Prepare technical quotations and proposals.
• Follow up on leads, conduct site visits, and close sales.
• Collaborate with the engineering team for customized solutions.
• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.

Qualifications:

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in technical sales (preferably in electrical products/services).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to understand electrical drawings and technical specifications.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and customer-focused.

Salary:
Competitive + Incentives (Based on experience and performance)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
