Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Technical Sales Executive to drive sales growth, build strong customer relationships, and provide technical solutions to clients in the electrical and industrial sectors. Key Responsibilities: Identify and approach new clients in industrial and infrastructure sectors. Understand client requirements and propose suitable electrical solutions (control panels, VFD panels, LT panels, etc.). Prepare technical quotations and proposals. Follow up on leads, conduct site visits, and close sales. Collaborate with the engineering team for customized solutions. Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets. Qualifications: Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field. 1–3 years of experience in technical sales (preferably in electrical products/services). Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to understand electrical drawings and technical specifications. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and customer-focused. Salary: Competitive + Incentives (Based on experience and performance) Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Work Location: In person
