Technical Sales Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand their technical requirements and provide tailored solutions that meet their needs.
• Develop and deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of our products and services.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth.
• Provide technical support and guidance to clients during the sales process and post-sales implementation.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to effectively position our solutions.
• Assist in the development of sales strategies and marketing materials to promote our enterprise solutions.
• Work closely with the engineering and product teams to relay customer feedback and contribute to product development.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical knowledge and sales acumen, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. The following qualifications are required:

• Education:

  Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Experience:

  2 to 6 years of experience in technical sales or a related field, with a proven track record of success.

• Technical Skills:

  Proficiency in network architecture, network engineering, and IT networking.
• Certifications such as CCVP and CCNA are highly desirable.
• Experience with enterprise solution sales, particularly in WAN and data center operations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
