Job Description

Business Objective

The Centralized Technical Sales Engineer (TSE) team is established to:

Support the Field Sales Team by converting high-quality sales opportunities.
Improve lead response time and increase conversion ratios for construction equipment sales.
Build a scalable, professional inside sales function to reduce the field sales burden and enhance customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound leads for construction equipment and related products.
Qualify leads, understand customer requirements, and provide appropriate product solutions.
Collaborate closely with the field sales team to follow up and close sales opportunities.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales progress in CRM systems.
Prepare and share technical proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.
Coordinate with internal departments for pricing, product availability, and order processing.
Ensure timely follow-up with potential customers to maximize conversion rates.
Support marketing and business development initiatives to generate new leads.
Provide post-sales support coordination to ensure customer satisfaction.
Prepare regular sales reports and performance metrics for management review.
