Qualification: B.E/B. Tech Civil Or Diploma Civil

Experience & Work Background:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience at a construction site or as a Technical service engineer, site engineer, Quality Control (QC) Official
  • Candidates with experience in Building material, RMC Plant, Laboratory, or Project Sites

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Generate potential sales leads through regular site visits
  2. Gather basic site-related information to support initiation of business opportunities
  3. Coordinate with existing clients to provide support to the Sales Officer
  4. Willingness to travel and visit construction sites within a 150 km radius
  5. Strong communication skills and a keen learning attitude
  6. Basic knowledge of Civil Engineering
  7. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings

kills Required:

  1. Technical Knowledge in Civil Engineering:

    • Strong understanding of construction practices, concrete technology, and quality control parameters.
    • Ability to read and interpret civil engineering drawings, technical specifications, and BOQs.
  2. Site Experience & Practical Understanding:

    • Hands-on experience at construction sites, RMC plants, laboratories, or project sites.
    • Familiarity with site operations, site progress stages, and on-site technical challenges.
  3. Sales and Lead Generation Ability:

    • Capability to identify and generate leads through proactive site visits and interactions.
    • Ability to connect with site engineers, contractors, project managers, and procurement teams to uncover business opportunities

Additional Details:

  • This is an off-roll position
  • Role demands extensive site visits and active engagement with site staff and customers
