This includes sourcing, vetting, interviewing, negotiating offers, and ensuring compliance with US labor and visa regulations 🔑 Key Responsibilities Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define job requirements and technical competencies Create and post targeted job descriptions on platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and across social networks .
