Job Description

As a Technical Recruiter at Ascentt, you will play a crucial role in recruiting top talent for various departments within our company. With a focus on covering 50% of the US time zone and providing an additional 50% support for the India time zone, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates. Your strong background in US and India recruitment, along with excellent communication skills, will be essential in thriving in our fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates. - Source candidates through online channels, networking, referrals, and other creative methods. - Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills and experience. - Conduct pre-screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications. - Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates. - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs. - Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system. - Provide timely updates and feedback to candidates. - Negotiate offers and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires. - Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. - Proven experience as a recruiter, with a focus on US recruitment. - Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle. - Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting software. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines. - Experience working with diverse teams and candidates is a plus. Preferred Qualifications: - Certification in Human Resources (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP). - Experience recruiting in the IT field. - Knowledge of US employment laws and regulations. - Previous experience providing recruiting support across multiple time zones. - Fluency in additional languages, especially Indian languages, is a plus.
