Job Title:

IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for Contract to Hire positions
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates
  • Manage offer rollout, negotiation, and onboarding process
  • Maintain candidate pipeline and recruitment trackers
  • Ensure quick turnaround time for immediate joiner requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 13 years of experience in IT recruitment
  • Strong understanding of

    Contract to Hire (C2H)

    hiring
  • Experience in sourcing for IT skills across technologies
  • Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working with staffing/consulting firms
  • Knowledge of Bangalore IT market and candidate availability
  • Immediate to short notice period candidates highly preferred
