Hiring for Technical Recruiters – India Office

Location: Mohali (Punjab)
Job Timings: 8.00 PM – 5:00 AM IST (Permanent Night Shift)
Work Days: Monday to Friday (5 Days a Week)
Pay Range: ₹15,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Salary no bar for deserving applicants)

WALK IN Interview: Timings 8.30pm to 10.30 pm

Job Description

We are hiring motivated and dynamic recruiters to join our India office. The role involves end-to-end recruitment, sourcing, screening, and onboarding of candidates. Candidates should be self-driven, energetic, and willing to work in a permanent night shift.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates from IT and related streams.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to offer negotiation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Meet hiring goals and ensure a smooth recruitment process.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree (any IT stream preferred).
• Experience: 1+ year in recruitment (IT recruiting preferred).
• Skills:
• Strong communication skills in English (preferred).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of modern sourcing tools and techniques.
