Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Recruiter Intern located in Ahmedabad. As a Technical Recruiter Intern, you will be responsible for assisting in full-life cycle recruiting, which includes sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating hiring processes. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, participate in technical recruiting, and ensure a smooth recruitment workflow. Strong communication and organizational skills will be essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Experience with Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring
• Technical Recruiting and general Recruiting skills
• Excellent Communication skills
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is a plus
