Role Overview

We are seeking a Recruiter / Senior Recruiter with hands-on experience in Domestic IT recruitment. The role involves managing end-to-end hiring for IT positions and working closely with hiring managers to close requirements within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Domestic IT roles
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases
• Screen candidates for technical fit, experience, communication, and compensation alignment
• Coordinate interviews and manage timely candidate follow-ups
• Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring MIS
• Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience
• Achieve defined hiring targets and closure timelines

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Domestic IT recruitment
• Experience hiring for roles such as Developers, QA, Support, Infrastructure, ERP, and related IT positions
• Strong sourcing skills using Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and similar platforms
• Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple requirements in a fast-paced environment
• Basic understanding of IT skills and recruitment terminology

Good to Have

• Experience working with IT services or product-based organizations
• Exposure to lateral and/or bulk hiring
• Strong follow-up and closure skills
