Project Management: Managing multiple recruitment processes simultaneously requires good organizational skills. Adaptability and Problem-Solving: The ability to adapt to changing requirements and solve problems quickly is important. Sales and Marketing Skills: Creating interest in job positions and effectively marketing them to potential candidates. Social media: Using platforms like LinkedIn to find and engage with potential candidates. Persistence and Confidence: Being persistent and confident helps in negotiating offers and closing deals. Required Skills Drive the end to end recruitment life cycle to ensure timely delivery on vacancies with high quality and ethical standards Build talent pools of experienced candidates. Proactive Sourcing and networking of sustainability and climate change talent.
