Role & responsibilities We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic IT Recruiter to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about technology hiring and eager to build a career in technical recruitment. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates for various IT roles across domains and technologies. Key Responsibilities : Understand IT job requirements (skills, experience, domain) from hiring managers or clients Source potential candidates using job portals (e.g., Naukri, Monster), LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases Conduct preliminary screening interviews to assess technical fit and communication Coordinate and schedule interviews with technical panels or clients Maintain and update candidate pipelines using Excel or ATS tools Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process, including post-offer engagement Keep up-to-date with emerging technologies and IT hiring trends Required Skills : Strong interest in the IT/technology industry Knowledge with technical skills like Java, Python,.NET, SQL, AWS, etc. (basic level) Good communication and interpersonal skills Strong research and sourcing abilities Experience with job portals and LinkedIn is a plus Basic Excel and documentation skills Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously Qualifications : Bachelors degree in HR, Computer Science, IT, or any relevant field 0–3 years of experience in IT recruitment (Internships count) Certifications in recruitment/technical hiring (optional but beneficial)
